Put your own Banners and Avarts up ?

Go into your profile...
For personal avatars, scroll down until you see I have my own pic: to the right of that should be a check box and then a long bar. Check the small box and put the url to the avatar that you want to use, in that long box.
To put your own banner in, scroll down more to where it says,
Signature:
Signatures are displayed at the bottom of each post or instant message. UBBC code may be used in your signature.
In that box, you will put the URL to your banner in between
these brackets. [*img] url goes here [/img][/b]
Just make sure to remove this * when you do it.

can u use pic are saved on a program called
"My Pictures" I was trying to use one form their
but I'm not sure how to make that work..
